Pelatihan Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Terintegrasi (SISTER) bagi Dosen Akademi Angkatan Udara Yogyakarta

The Integrated Resource Information System (SISTER) training for lecturers at the Yogyakarta Air Force Academy is designed to enhance the lecturers' skills and knowledge in utilizing the SISTER application for managing data and academic administration. The training program integrates both theoretical and practical content, supported by task simulations, enabling participants to apply what they have learned directly.Evaluation results revealed that most participants successfully completed the tasks within the given time frame and provided positive feedback on the quality of the training. However, some participants with less prior experience required additional time or assistance. Overall, the participants expressed a high level of satisfaction with the training, indicating its success. Nonetheless, there is room for further enhancement of the training quality through improvements to the modules, adding more mentoring sessions, and refining evaluation methods.The training is anticipated to positively impact the efficiency and effectiveness of academic administration, improve technological literacy among lecturers, and promote transparency and accountability in managing academic data. With continued improvements and updates to the training modules, future SISTER training programs are expected to further enhance lecturers' ability to perform their academic and administrative duties in a more professional manner.
